Meeting Announcement

The Needle & I meeting is next Monday, 2/11, and we will be having three demonstrations - bindings, quilt-as-you-go, and English Paper Piecing.

The forecast predicts more snow coming late Sunday through Monday, and significant accumulation is expected. The Phinney Neighborhood Association follows the Seattle Public School District regarding closure. So, if the schools are closed, the center is closed, and we will not have a meeting.

For March, we will be making name tags. The plan is to make them and leave them in the closet--so they can be put out for each meeting. We do not at this time have someone to coordinate. If someone would like to, please let use know at the next meeting.

Children’s hospital January Sew- in review.

A BIG thanks to everyone for all the hard work at the January sew in.

We have 21 quilts ready to deliver. They will be donated after the February meeting(in case people finished the ones they took home and turn them in).
